This database of job-seekers in the Displayed CV's section is but a fraction of the CV's that we have in our entire database. The Displayed CV database contains approximately 5000 profiles whereas the RESDEX database contains several lakh profiles. While searching the Displayed CV's database is free of charge to recruiters and HR Managers, job-seekers avail of this service for a small fee to get extra visibility. Accordingly this database is available to any recruiter who visits us and wants to headhunt candidates through this section free of cost to them. On the other hand our Resume Database Product - RESDEX, contains the profiles of several lakh job-seekers (all those who register in our Resume Manager for free on a daily basis) and access to the same by recruiters is on a paid basis.
