How can I get government job result alerts on Naukri like other result websites?

Hi Naukri Team,
I wanted to ask if there’s a feature to get instant alerts or notifications for government exam results and job updates through Naukri.
Right now, I usually check a few job result websites (for example, Rojgar--Result) to stay updated, but I wanted to know if Naukri offers a similar alert system for government jobs, especially results and upcoming exams.
If yes, could you please guide me on how to enable or set that up?
If not, it would be really helpful if such an alert feature could be added in the future.
